Warranty
3 Months RAC Mechanical Warranty is included on all cars and vans (upto 3.5tonnes) over £1,500, a Pre Delivery Inspection is also included on all cars. The RAC usually contact you at the end of the 3 months to offer the option to extend.

Confidence Scheme Members
What does this mean?
Buy with Confidence is an approved trader scheme which has been set up to assist residents to find reputable local businesses. The scheme is run by a partnership of local Trading Standards services, including the unitary authorities of Southend-on-Sea and Thurrock. Any business in any sector can make an application to join the scheme.
Businesses are audited by Trading Standards to ensure they comply with consumer protection legislation and only once they pass can they display the Buy with Confidence logo and be entered onto the website. Approved businesses are monitored on a regular basis and feedback is invited from their customers. If member companies fall below acceptable standards, they may be expelled from the scheme. The scheme also allows for an arbitration service in instances where the business and the consumers cannot achieve a satisfactory resolution.
